About Continuing FLT

Continuing FLT workshops are designed for individuals who have already completed the initial 12 week program. For these individuals, the 12 week program and individual sessions with our Lifestyle Educator are only the beginning of a change in lifestyle and health. The intention of Continuing FLT is to give patients the tools they need, and to partner with them, in a way that allows them to take the lead and take control. While the first 12 weeks will create the foundation and achieve the initial results of the lifestyle change, the topics covered in Continuing FLT will allow people to continue achieving results for a lifetime.
