Network Chiropractic Informational Session
We invite you to join us for this free informational session to learn more about Network Chiropractic from Visions' chiropractor, Greig Andrews, DC. These sessions are open to anyone and are given complimentary once per month.

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) Workshop
Somato respiratory integration is a form of body-breath integration that can help in many areas of healing. In this workshop you will learn a few very simple and fun exercises, which will help you in healing, meditating, calming, relaxing, centering, or good old-fashioned pain reduction. All are welcome and no experience is needed.
