Boosting Your Immune System
Assuming you are practicing the Fundamental Lifestyle Principles, what can you do if you feel under the weather? If you feel like a cold is coming on? Let’s start by first pausing and taking time for yourself—that may be one hour or one day. Make yourself some homemade chicken soup or immune soup (see recipe below). Drink plenty of nurturing fluids. Get some extra sleep. Come in for one or more of our immune boosting acupuncture/chiropractic/shiatsu sessions. Consider an Intravenous Myers Cocktail. - Follow the Fundamental Lifestyle Principles
- Daily Supplements
- EHB 2 tabs 3x/day outside of food
- Vitamin A 50,000 IU per day for 5 days for adults only
- Not for pregnant or lactating females
- Olive Leaf Extract 2 caps 3x/day
- Sinus Rinsing with Echinacea or Goldenseal, either with a netti pot or Sinus Rinse by Neil med.
- Weekly Treatments
- Acupuncture, Chiropractic, or Shiatsu 1-2x
- Myers IV 1-3x
- Immune or Chicken Soup daily
