Flu Treatments

So now that you are in the middle of fevers/chills, muscle/joint pain, coughing overall being miserable, what can you do?  First and foremost, REST!  Drink tons of warm/hot nutritious teas/soups.  As much as you can tolerate, let your body stay in fever mode (≤102°F).  The fever response is your body’s way of fighting off the infection.  Definitely get a good night’s rest, even if it means bringing down the fever.  Once the fever is all done, come in for supplements, immune boosting acupuncture/chiropractic/shiatsu sessions.  You can also get a Vitamin C IV for a quicker recovery.
