OneStep Training helps you achieve health and wellness by improving your fitness level with sessions tailored specifically to your needs. Your OneStep Trainer will work with you one-on-one in your first session to determine your current level of fitness and appropriate goals. After this private initial assessment you will have the opportunity to utilize your OneStep Trainer’s expertise in semi-private workouts designed to further you along the road to fitness.Private sessions are also available for an additional fee. Over the course of your sessions you will strengthen your core muscles and continue to build your body’s strength, flexibility, and cardio fitness, which then assists in building muscle and burning fat.
Throughout your program your OneStep Trainer will work with you to clarify your goals and ensure that each session moves you closer to accomplishing your long-term personal fitness strategy. Our OneStep Trainer works closely with the members of your healthcare team to ensure the safest yet most effective course. Throughout these sessions your OneStep Trainer will provide you with the tools necessary to realize and sustain your highest level of wellness.
