OneStep Training begins with the philosophy that well-designed goals are the foundation for achieving success in any program. At Visions Heathcare, we feel strongly about interacting with you as an entire being and in creating a lifestyle program that draws on your strengths. OneStep Training's goal is to take your current level of fitness and ability into account when designing a custom fitness program. At the end of each distinct module of training, your level of fitness will be in an entirely new place - one that is distinctly improved over your previous level. This newly attained platform then becomes the basis for your next module and so on, until you reach your desired fitness.

Our trainers take a personalized view of your health and fitness and are happy to work with you one on one, in a small group setting, or remotely with periodic sessions for evaluation. Our trainers also work closely with our medical and nutrition teams to ensure your overall fitness and health.
